    PRICING

    How much is it going to cost me?

    Our goal is to provide high quality and exceptional service at a fair
    price.  We  use a combination of two pricing methods.

    Hourly - Some of our services are performed on a time and material
    basis.  Our professional Plumbers are highly skilled; therefore, a job
    will not take more time to complete than is necessary.  Our plumbers
    are guaranteed 40 hours pay.  They do not work on commission.

    By the Job - Routine plumbing work is priced by the job.  We do this
    primarily for three reasons:

            1.  Customer wants a firm price
            2.  Quality control and pricing consistency.  Takes the burden of  
                        paperwork off the plumber.  
            3.  Some jobs require additional costs that are not apparent to the
                    customer.  Ex: picking up special parts and/or fixtures, trips
                    back to the office to dispose of used fixtures and/or water
                    heaters, disposal fees for water heaters, equipment costs,
                    level of difficulty, time coordinating deliveries and research.
                    These costs are factored into the quoted price.

    When you call Fogarty & Fogarty Plumbing, we will be helpful as we
    can be with the information you provide us.  We can usually quote a
    'ballpark' figure for standard replacement items; however, we are
    certain you realize we cannot give an exact cost without seeing the
    job.  Estimates are always free!

    To keep our rates competitive, payment is due when service is
    rendered.  

    For your convenience we accept cash and checks.
