What a perfect time for me to tell you about how I ended finding a  wonderful plumber!  A few weeks ago,  
. . .  I got a call from one of my guest, telling me that there was a problem with the turn off valve in the
tub.  . . .  I called maintenance and they recommended the same two plumbers.  One  of which I had just
used a couple of weeks prior to replace an old water heater before the season started.  That was  'xyz
plumbing'. He let his employee smoke in the NON Smoking Unit after I had just  painted  and had the
carpet cleaned the week prior.  When I went the next week to check his work and found that it had been  
smoked in, I called him and he bold face told me  "My 'guy' doesn't smoke, he chews. So it couldn't of
been him."   Yet NO one else had been in my unit but him.  It had not been rented and there was no
reason for anyone else to of been in it. So I will NOT be using 'xyz plumbing' or anyone maintenance
suggest anymore.  I got the phone book out and after a few phone calls,  found Fogarty & Fogarty
Plumbing Co., Inc.  He  answered the phone personally and was at my unit with about 20 minutes!  Was
Very personable and did  a great job!  I would recommend him any day of the week.  .  . I'll sure be calling
him the next time need a plumber!
